摘要:本人的毕业论文主要是讲述基于西门子S7-1200的V13系列可编程控制器(PLC)为主要的控制元件,实现对空气压缩机的温度、湿度的调节控制,并同时实现对空气压缩机过流,欠压,过压,过热等的保护以及其转速进行变频调速的功能。70612
课题的设计是先通过温湿度传感器对环境进行监测,将监测值反馈给A/D转换器,A/D转换器则将输入的电信号转换为输出的数字信号输入PLC S7-1200中,PLC通过内部程序给D/A转换器数字量,通过USS协议来实现与MM440变频器通信,利用变频器调节空气压缩机的转速实现对环境温湿度的调节。
