    摘要联轴器的众多参数中,扭转刚度参数是十分重要的一个。扭转刚度又分为静态刚度和动态刚度。本论文通过分析联轴器的上述的扭转刚度,确定了试验台的设计方案。试验台能够方便的测试联轴器的性能,有利于联轴器的改进。
    实验台由机座,支撑座,加载台,阶梯轴和被测联轴器组成。能够较为简便的测出在施加了扭转力后,联轴器产生的角位移。在测量静态刚度时,用扭矩扳手施加扭矩,利用公式可算出加载螺钉对轴的扭转力,用压电传感器可测出位移,用公式可得到静态刚度。在测量动态刚度时,用激振器代替扭矩扳手,施加振动频率可变的力,利用压电传感器测出位移,可用动态分析测得动态刚度,以达到设计目的。10162

    Title The design of the test-bed for testing the torsional stiffness of the coupling
    Abstract  Among the numerous parameters of the coupling, torsional stiffness is a quite crucial one.Furthermore,the torsional stiffness is composed of two parts,one is static torsional stiffness,the other one is dynamic torsional stiffness.This paper illustrates the experimental program by analyzing the coupling parameters which mentioned above.This test-bed is able to test the capability of the coupling conveniently,which contributes to the improvement of the coupling.
       The test-bed includes several parts,such as the frame,the bearing support,loading system,the stepped shaft and the measured coupling and so on.This test-bed is able to measure the angular displacement rapidly when the shaft is loaded the torsional force.During testing the static torsional stiffness,the force is loaded by the torque wrench,then the tortional force that is loaded by the loading screw is worked out by using the formulas.The angular displacement is measured by the piezoelectric sensors.Then the stactic torsional stiffness is figured out by using the formula.During testing the dynamic torsional stiffness,we use vibration exciter instead of the torque wrench to load the force.At last ,the test mission that testing the static torsional stiffness or the dynamic torsional stiffness  is successfully achieved by the calculation and data processing.
