摘要随着世界能源的紧缺越演越烈,以及温室效应带来的全球变暖问题,使得生物质能源作为一种既古老又新型的洁净能源正在为人们所利用。生物质成型燃料的燃烧作为生物质能源高效利用的一种目前主要有颗粒、块状和棒状燃料三种形式。这些燃料由于成型过程能耗大,设备磨损严重限制了其利用。本文是探求一种新型生物质草棒燃料致密化的路径,通过从成型机理、成型技术和生产过程的经济性角度,与颗粒燃料、块状燃料和棒状燃料进行比较。然后具体对草棒燃料的生产过程的技术进行优化,努力提高产品的机械强度和堆积密度、降低生产成本。最后从燃烧特性和设备角度,分析每种生物质成型燃料的腐蚀、积灰和结渣特性,以及所需的具体燃烧设备和形式。64348

Title A new kind process of the staw and the experiment of its performance
Abstract With the lacking of energy and the increasing of greenhouse gas which leads to the global warming ,the utilization of biomass is developing under the instruction of Energy saving and environmental protection . As one of the efficient utilization of biomass , the biomass moudlding fuel generally presents as granular fuel , block fuel and rod fuel.Because the processes need lots of energy and cause great friction ,which limits the fully use of them . The study now pursues a new kind of process which makes the moudlding fuels through twisting the straw . Firstly, this new kinds of fuels was compared with the traditional fuels from the moudlding principle , technology and economics . Secondly , in order to improve the intensity and density as well as to minimize the costs , some defects during the processes has been founded and some ways were used to get rid of those to realise the optimization. lastly , the combustion equipments and performance of the fuels were analysed . based on the performance of ash corrosion ,deposition and slagging , the corresponding equipments for the combustion has been chosen .
