摘要直流电机在现代社会中的应用十分广泛。工农业生产过程以及日常生活的家用电器中常常使用到直流电机。直流电机中,驱动控制器是使电机正常运行的关键部件。
本论文以此为背景,着力研究直流电机驱动控制器。论文从基础知识应用切入,简要探讨了直流电机的结构、工作原理,分析了H桥驱动电路的原理和PWM技术原理,同时分析直流电机调速控制过程中的PWM应用。64291
为实现实时数据的掌握,电路系统中适当地加入了显示模块,实现对电动机转速参数的命令显示;为实现速度命令,采用带中断的独立键盘,由操作人员通过按键指定直流电机的操作;采用AT89C51单片机作为整个驱动电路系统的核心部分,以其实现PWM信号,接收外设命令信号,经内部处理给出相应的操作反应,同时控制速度的即时显示;H型驱动电路芯片L298完成电机正反转控制。最后在设计完成的基础上,基于protel99SE软件,又给出了该电路的PCB板模型。在Proteus软件平台上对设计电路的仿真模拟运行,验证了其可行性。

Title Design of low power DC motor driver
Abstract
DC motor is widely used in modern society. Agricultural and industrial production and household appliances in daily life often use DC motors. Drive controller is the key part of the motor for its operation.
This paper takes this as the background, studying on DC motor drive controller. Starting from the basic knowledge, this paper briefly discusses the structure and the working principle of DC motors, analyzes the principle and technical principle of PWM circuit of H bridge driver, at the same time analyses the use of PWM in the process of controlling speed.
In order to realize getting real-time data, the system properly adds a display module, achieving the display of the commanded speed parameters of the motor; In order to realize the speed command, independent keyboard is used by operators to specify the operation of DC motor through keys; AT89C51 microcontroller is used as the core part of the drive circuit system. It implements PWM signal, receives external command signals which is processed inside, and then gives corresponding operation response, displays real-time speed; H driver chip L298 is used to make motor rotate. Finally, based on the protel99SE software, the PCB board of the circuit model is given. On the platform of Proteus software, simulation of the circuit design verifies its feasibility.
