摘要：随着中国经济的不断发展，非物质文化遗产的保护成了国际社会普遍关注的一个热点问题。一些非物质文化遗产在外来文化冲击下出现了严重的生存危机。因此，本文从非物质文化遗产的保护目的入手，着重强调对非物质文化遗产的保存及可持续性发展。重点探讨了如何利用著作权、专利权、商标权、商业秘密权等当今知识产权体系。但由于知识产权保护方法本身存在一定的局限性，所以有必要对非物质文化遗产的保护形式作进一步的探讨，从而较为全面地加强和完善我国的非物质文化遗产保护工作。24531

Abstract：With the continuous development of economic in China, the protection of intangible cultural heritage became a hot topic attracting the attentions from home and abroad, Some intangible cultural heritage has been gradually lost their soil of existence because of the impact of foreign culture. Therefore, this thesis started from the objective of protecting intangible cultural heritage and emphasized the safeguarding and continuous development of intangible cultural heritage which is near extinction．property．On this basis it paid much emphasis in discussing how to make use of copyright，patent right，trademark right，business privacy etc in order to protect the intangible cultural heritage．But because of safeguarding intangible
cultural heritage through intellectual property which are limited to some extent，it is very necessary to analyze farther how to safeguard intangible cultural heritage. By doing this，the job of safeguarding our national intangible cultural heritage can be reinforced and improved．
