摘要：在这个大数据信息化时代，电子政务成为政府顺应时代发展的必然选择。现在我国的电子政务迅猛发展，已经具有一定的规模，现在正在向基层延伸。地方电子政务成为我国政府信息化的重要组成部分。本文采用文献综述法、案例分析等方法，通过论述河南周口市电子政务的现状来分析我国地方电子政务存在的普遍问题，结合我国发展电子政务的基本国情，针对具体问题并提出了合理化的建议，以期为更好的发展地方电子政务提供借鉴。 23157

Local e-government development status and trends of research

Abstract: In this large data information age, e-government has become the government comply with the times development choice. The current rapid development of E-government in China, already has a certain scale, is now extends to the primary. The further implementation of the transformation of government functions, change management, improve service efficiency, it is necessary to speed up the pace of local e-government construction and application. In this paper, using the method of literature, case analysis and summarize the situation around, background and development of the emergence of the local e-government to tell the local e-government and problems, and taking Zhoukou city as the case analysis of China's future development trend of local e-government, in order to have a better understanding of the local e-government.

地方电子政务发展现状和趋势研究以河南周口为例
近年来信息技术在我国高速发展，特别是网络信息技术更显的尤为突出，这也让信息化成为社会的焦点，其中政务信息化就是我国信息化体系中备受关注的主题。随着我国改革力度的不断加大，电子政务建设的广泛实施，加快地方政府网络信息化建设已成为促进政府科学化管理的客观要求，也是信息时代政府体制改革与发展的必然选择。

（一）电子政务兴起背景
