摘 要：弱势群体是指社会政治、经济地位低，竞争力弱，生活能力较差的一群人，其中包括农民工、下岗工人、儿童、老人、残疾人等。由于弱势群体自身的媒介素养不高，媒体、政府对弱势群体的关注不够，制度不完善等原因导致现阶段我国弱势群体的舆论表达渠道不畅。本论文通过对弱势群体舆论表达渠道的研究，分析我国弱势群体的舆论表达现状，主要存在表达影响力微弱，表达渠道不畅等问题，并从弱势群体自身、媒体、政府、社会大环境等四方面分析了弱势群体舆论表达不畅的原因，在此基础上，提出了诸如提高弱势群体的媒介素养，增强媒体的社会责任感，提升政府的管理能力等可行性的措施，为弱势群体表达舆论诉求提供有力条件。6853

Channel Expression of Vulnerable Groups of Public Opinion
Abstract: Vulnerable groups is refers to the social politics, economic status is low, competition ability is weak, a group of people, living capability including: migrant workers, laid-off workers, children, the elderly, the disabled. As the vulnerable groups own media literacy is not high, cause media, government attention to the vulnerable groups is not enough, system is not perfect in our country at the present stage of the vulnerable groups of public opinion expression channels are sluggish. In this paper, through the expression of public opinion analysis of vulnerable groups, vulnerable groups of our country's opinion expression status, main existing expression influence is weak, expression of the channel is not smooth, and from the vulnerable groups, the media, the government, the social environment four aspects analyzed the reason for poor vulnerable groups of public opinion expression, on the basis of on the vulnerable groups, improve media elements enhance the media's social responsibility, enhance the government's management ability and feasible measures, provide favorable conditions for the expression of public opinion demands of vulnerable groups.

弱势群体的舆论表达渠道研究
