摘要:近几年,政务新媒体全面开花,表现不俗,即使是在应对突发事件时,表现可谓亮眼。但正因为政务新媒体的快速发展,其弊端也随之凸显,在应对突发事件舆论引导过程中显现出信源意识不足、发布消息滞后、公信力匮乏等一系列问题。针对政务新媒体在突发事件中的舆论引导所出现的问题进行分析,探究出现问题的原因并提出合理的建议,在突发事件发生前建立危机预警机制、加强网络立法,发生时的及时公布、发生后的及时辟谣等三个阶段进行改进,才能提升政务新媒体的舆论引导效果,更好的稳定社会情绪。42807

Analysis on the Public Opinion Guidance of the New Media of Government Affairs to the Emergency
Abstract: In recent years,government new media full bloom with an impressive performance.When dealing with emergencies,it can be described as brisk. But because of the rapid development of new media government, its defect also highlights along with it.For example, when it responses to unexpected events to guide public opinion , which will show the problems of lack of awareness of the source, release information lag, lack of credibility and so on. The research on the problem of government new media is very urgent in response to some unexpected events, and it is also important to find out the cause of the problem and put forward some reasonable suggestions. In order to enhance the effect of public opinion to guide the new media, and the stability of social emotions.We should established crisis warning mechanism early,and strengthen the network legislation and improve the three stage of the timely publication , the later occurrence of the timely rumor before the occurrence of unexpected events .
