摘要：在我国，高等教育已经步入大众化阶段，与此相对应的却是大学教育质量的下降、教育与市场相脱节。通过做兼职锻炼并提高自身的实践能力，已经成为越来越多新闻传播类大学生的共识。他们以薪酬数量、专业指向、个人兴趣作为出发点选择兼职岗位，兼职人数众多、兼职岗位和兼职心理多样，在校外兼职中提升了自身的专业水平、丰富了自身社会体验，但是也带来了课程学习的欠缺和就业进程混乱的问题，在一定程度上影响和制约着他们的正常就业，正确处理兼职与学习的关系，要在兼职的专业性、目的性、可行性方面做更明确的规划，才能以兼职促学习，达到学习兼职两不误的双赢效果。43379

Taking Zhoukou Normal University as an example Research on the current situation and influence of the universitystudents' part time jobs in journalism and communication            

Abstract：In our country, higher education has long been popularized .In contrast to that, the quality of university education has declined and education has been porced of the market during the process .Enhancing and training practical abilities by taking a part-time job are becoming the consensus of more and more students who major in journalism and communication .Thy choose their job in terms of payment, specialty and personal interests.The number of part-timer is large and the mentalities as well as the kind of pasts are persified .While part-time jobs can improve the student is expertise and enrich their experience, they also lead to the lacking of study and employment chaos, which impacts the normal employment of theses students to a certain degree . For purpose of balancing jobs and schooling , it is essential to have a explicit blueprint base on the expertise , teleonomy and feasibility of part-time jobs . Only then can university students promote their study through these works, achieving a win-win outcome.
