A Stylistic Analysis of A Rose for Emily
Introduction
Style is a combination of both contents and the literary form of an essay. The literary form must be matched with the content and vice versa. Proper literary form along with the content makes a perfect match which is inseparable. The key to arts and aesthetics also lies in this organic whole. Without a proper form, literature will be changed in its style; a sense of beauty and the artistic appeal is hence wiped out. The literary form is the ship of the content and on the earth is determined by it. Without the form, literature is merely something piled up by words. Although it may arouse the excitement of some parts in one’s heart and leave some impressions, what we need is the power to stir up a huge thrill of the whole heart and soul and make one’s inner world a new realm. A combination of the two parts will endow literature this power and attach an aesthetic value to it. 《献给爱米丽的一朵玫瑰花》文体解读:http://www.751com.cn/yingyu/lunwen_28515.html
