In the junior high school English classes, in the most time it can not be difficult to find out that the English teachers follow a fixed rule to arrange their English classes, they will pide each unit in six or seven classes which depends on students’ general receptivity, and if possible, the English teachers are willing to finish a unit in one week, and at the beginning of next week, they will arrange an English test in order to get to know how well the students have learned, which for students can always be a nightmare. This is a classic example for English teaching in junior high school in China. For many years, still most experienced English teachers think that let students have a good grade is more important than cultivate their interests on English learning, this can be true, but not completely true .
As is known to all, though the study of affective teaching is a longstanding project, the research of this project is always off and on. Because the status of affecting teaching changes all the time according to the public concepts. It is developing and being researched more frequently nowadays. Many researchers and teachers have realized the importance of affective factors and tried to find better ways , but so far there have not been satisfying answers to this problem yet. To achieve the affective cultivation goals in New Standard Curriculum, English teacher should pay more attention to arouse students' initiative.

It has two important parts, studying affective factors can not only help learners strengthen their learning impacts, but also promote the comprehensive development of learners.
Solving affective factors can help learners strengthen their learning impacts, negative affect like fear, anxiety, anger, doubt, sorrow will prevent learners’ studying procedure, it will decrease learners’ willingness to study, learners with too much negative affects can still do a terrible work even they have the best teacher or the best teaching materials. Having a positive affects can promote learners’ development, they will have a positive mental attitude to learn English.
Solving affective factors can also help learners promote the comprehensive development. Learning not only focuses on language knowledge, but also helps learners have a better understanding of themselves. In the past time, teachers considered the rational and cognitive function as the most important one and ignore the importance of affective factors which finally makes the emotional illiteracy. Paying attention to the affective factors can promote the learning effect, also learning can help learners establish a much positive and healthy affects.
