2.3.2 Consolidation function
Middle school students’ studying activities not only are interesting and attracted but also help students foster their firmness and the spirit of overcoming difficulty, making students always keep positive mood in studying, thus students gradually make progress in their studying. Conversely, if the negative moods (including squeamish, capricious sluggish and lacking the spirit of solving problem) play the main role in the studying, the activities cannot consolidate students’ active emotion.

Due to a student once has sharp motivation, favorable style, strong confidence and good character, he would has active thought and exciting mood, and then high-level creative ability naturally.
III. The Effect of Non-intellective Factors on Oral-English Learning
Learning oral-English needs not only intelligence, but also non-intellective factors, such as intention, interest, emotion and character. The two are depending on each other, when different students have similar intelligence, their non-intellective factors are determined whether their learning is good or not, for example, they concentrate on study, overcome difficulties in learning oral English, and take practices over and over again.
American Psychologist Carnegie said, a man’s success in his career depends on 15% of intelligence only and 85% of non-intellective factors (qtd). From this we can realize what the role non-intellective factors play in oral-English learning of middle school students.
