摘要：随着经济的飞速发展，我国城乡基础建设的投入加大，尤其是大规模的道路建设，房地产开发以及农村开发建设的加速，人民生活水平越来越好。大部分人在物质方面得到了满足，开始追求更高境界的精神满足，我们本次的公园规划设计就是围绕着满足周围村民需求展开的。按照新时代的要求建设新农村，最终把农村建设成为经济繁荣、设施完善、环境优美、文明和谐的社会主义新农村的目标。在经济、政治、文化和社会等方面对农村进行的建设，我们本次项目所在地谢家路村，位于富饶的浙江省，10 年来坚持贯彻发展道路，在村书记的带领之下先后获得全国文明村创建工作先进村、全国民主法治示范村、全国优秀小康村、全国村级财务规范化管理示范村等多项荣誉。谢家路人始终抓住“发展”这个主旋律，把昔日贫穷落后的村，建设成了一个富裕和谐幸福的先进村，广大群众充分享受到了发展带来的成果，也深切地感觉到发展凝聚党心、民心的巨大力量, 美丽中国、美丽城镇、美丽乡村，要让特色农业成为农村的风景线。通过对谢家路村的了解和对谢家路村实地的了解，我们可以发现，谢家路村在建设上已经达到了经济繁荣，设施完善等要求，但是在环境优美，传递文化这一方面做的还慢慢不够。 因此建设一个满足周边村民闲余时光休息娱乐的场所是十分有必要的。 22862

Abstract: With the rapid economic development, investment in urban and rural areas

our project Xie Road Village , located in the fertile Zhejiang Province , 10 years
adhere to the path of development , under the leadership of the village has won the
national secretary of the village to create a work of art village civilized country
democracy demonstration village , outstanding off village , honors standardized
national level financial management model village . Xie passers always grasp the "
development" theme, the poverty and backwardness of the old village , the
construction of a harmonious happiness became a wealthy advanced village , brought
the masses to fully enjoy the fruits of development , but also deeply felt unite the
party and Development , the enormous power of the people , the beautiful Chinese ,
beautiful towns, beautiful countryside , to make agriculture a characteristic landscape
countryside. By Xie Village, understanding and on the ground to understand Xie Road
