摘要当下，世界城市化进程飞速发展。随着城市化的进程不断加快，我国城市的模样过分的“程式化”和“模式化”，地域文化特色离人们越来越远。值得欣慰的是，来自世界各个领域的学者开始关注地域文化对城市未来发展的重要性。可叹的是，地域文化广场作为体现城市文化内涵的重要载体，受到“泛”政治、经济、文化的影响和不断冲击，使得地域城市失去了原有的自然人文风貌。唯有通过对景观设计中的传统文化的探究和表达，才能保留或还原地域文化原始风貌。22983
为了传承当地漕运文化，为了缓解城市化发展进程所带来的传统文化丢失，理应全民关注区域文化的传承和发扬。本文主要从当地人文形态、漕运历史以及城市发展现状出发，通过对广场地域文化“探究、保护式”的景观设计，来还原和恢复当地的民俗风情、历史意蕴。
