摘要随着生活水平的提高，人的品位也越来越高，人们对西方的生活越来越追求，人们越来越喜欢饮用红酒和葡萄酒，逐渐进入了人们的日常生活，在中国的传统生活用具中是没有开瓶器的，但是随着西方的开瓶器进入了中国人日常生活，中国开瓶器的历史大体开始于民国时期（启蒙阶段），虽然是一个小小的开瓶器，它的出现不但代表了人们生活水平的提高还代表了国家机械发展和制造工艺的提高。一个简简单单的开瓶器是集合了机械制造的原理和物理学的心血。每一个开瓶器都是机械工艺上的艺术品。都值得我们去思考学习。24424
 目前市面上比较主流的开瓶器主要有普通塑胶开瓶器，酒刀（小刀开瓶器），T型开瓶器，合金开瓶器（蝴蝶开瓶器），真空开瓶器，电动开瓶器，台式开瓶器 ，墙挂式开瓶器等，我这次的主要深入方向是电动开瓶器,通过其在家庭生活中的作用的调查分析，以及造型以及功能上的研究，再通过以上的分析资料结合大学四年所学的工业设计知识和现实所需的功能，运用rhino软件建模，展现一个可以为大家家庭生活带来真正方便的电动开瓶器。

例如压强原理、杠杆原理的利用，齿轮的结构、螺旋头的结构、力的支点上的零件组合都考经验一步一步摸索出来的。
