摘要：酒是一种文化的载体，中国酒文化历史悠久，内涵丰富，博大精深。现今，随着时代的发展和生活水平的提高，人们不但看中餐饮空间的觉感受，而是看中餐饮空间中的精神享受。人们对国外事物的接受能力也更为广泛。所以不同酒文化对室内设计产生的影响大不相同。现在我国以酒为主题的室内设计发展愈加体现的强烈了，例如酒吧就是调酒为主，所以酒吧的室内设计元素也是多样的，混合的。现今以红酒为主题的会所也很多，但受红酒本身影响，对其室内设计的影响也是局限的，例如木材，玻璃等的应用是与红酒本身呼应的。所以，不同的酒文化，对室内设计元素运用的影响也是不同的。二者相互影响，相互体现。文化影响设计，设计体现文化。27800

绪论
我研究的课题是《酒文化与室内设计》，我之所以想研究这个课题，是因为现今生活中，酒在人们生活体现频繁，而且对室内设计的影响很为广泛，体现方式也愈加新颖，多彩。
文化是人类在社会历史实践过程中所创造的物质财富和精神财富的综合。我想更多了解文化对室内的影响程度，和不同的体现形式。而且现在经济全球化，文化间的融合很明显。而且室内设计受文化影响明显。所以我认为此项研究很有意义。
此课题在国内外影响是不同的，展现形式也大不相同。中西酒文化源于各自的传统思想。所以在室内设计上的体现也是不同的。以英语为主的国家，酒文化在室内设计中的主要体现在酒吧，而中国酒文化关于室内的设计主要体现在餐馆，会所上。因为中国人偏向于喝白酒，而西方国家偏向喝伏特加等。现今存在的问题是酒文化在室内设计中的表现不够系统化，相对来说表现形式较为凌乱。 论酒文化与室内设计+文献综述:http://www.751com.cn/yishu/lunwen_22557.html
