摘要作者本人的选题为“重生”旧工厂改造，在阅读了许多关于旧工厂的文献之后发现近些年来随着先前北京798艺术区，上海苏州河艺术仓库等城市的工厂创意改造，越来越多的二三线城市工厂改造这一文化创意产业的崛起，加上各类媒体的关注，越来越多人意识到了旧工厂的重要性。34014
同时在当今时代，随着城乡不断的开发建设，国家同时也越来越注重可持续发展，这也是基于再利用原则的旧工厂改造成为趋势的原因，旧工厂改造这一模式在国外已经是非常成熟的一种模式，在国内虽然没有发展太多年，但也已经慢慢走上正轨了。这次需要改造的是地处吴江的一个旧工厂，以尽量保留原始特色的原则，使其在原有的建筑上重生成一个书店咖啡馆相结合的一个建筑。

1 引言
在初始阶段，作者本人对于旧的工厂改造这一方向的印象只是比较粗浅，上海田子坊，北京798，广州红砖厂这些比较有名的早期旧工厂改造，在当代由于越来越多新兴建筑的兴起，从前占据中国工业化主流的旧工厂如机械厂等也被慢慢抛弃在历史的洪流中，这不符合当代科学发展观中可持续发展 ，所以通过科学的改造让其重新焕发生机，既节省了不必要的损耗又达到了建筑目的。不论是外因还是内因，旧工厂改造这一方式也一定程度上体现了时代更替的潮流性。尽管由于国外工业化较早，旧工厂改造已经形成了一定的规模，但是根据文献查阅得知也国内对于旧工厂改造的发展也有着许多优势。 “重生”吴江旧机械厂房改造:http://www.751com.cn/yishu/lunwen_31373.html
