摘要： 本次设计项目是坐落在云南宝山市的一个高层酒店建筑，共有11层，包括300间客房以及餐饮、康乐等附属功能。基地依山傍水，自然条件优越，考虑到云南作为国内旅游的一大热点旅游地，并考虑到周边没有上规模的酒店，所以项目定位为度假酒店，并努力打造成当地的一个城市名片，酒店自身也作为一个游客旅游休闲的一个景点。云南地处中国亚热带地区，夏热冬暖，考虑到这些气候条件，项目本身围绕着绿色生态这一概念展开，将其打造成城市中的一个垂直花园供来往的游客在这里游玩观赏，在具体的设计中的表现是把客房层与裙房在垂直方向分开，架空两层，作为垂直方向上的一个转化与过度，在上面设置游泳池和绿色植被作为空中花园，除此之外还在每一层的围合部分做一个突出的花园阳台，供游客闲暇时间交流互动。35746

YN High Level Hotel Design
Abstract：This design project is located in the city of Yunnan Baoshan a high-rise hotel buildings, a total of 11 layers, including 300 rooms, and catering, recreation and other auxiliary functions. 1 课题概况
1.1 项目简介
本设计为处于云南的旅馆，规模在300间客房城市旅馆，和其他功能包括餐饮、娱乐、休闲酒店行政部分，总用地面积约为12000㎡左右，总建筑面积约为23000㎡，不包括环境景观中的亭、廊、榭等小品建筑。充分考虑依山傍水的自然环境，容纳自然，体现朴实、灵巧、活泼、丰富的建筑风格。建筑不允许破坏城市景观的完整性，应尽量保留场地特征。建筑高度控制在50米以内。
1.2 课题研究目的
通过此次高层旅馆方案设计，除进一步了解旅馆建筑的设计特点外，重点掌握公共建筑设计手法，包括建筑如何与地形适应，室外场地如何与原有地形结合，如何减少土石方与工程造价，如何形成与景观环境相结合的建筑造型特色，培养并提高了自己的空间思文能力和并行思文能力。
（1）通过旅馆的建筑设计，理解与掌握具有综合功能要求和一定复杂程度的公共建筑的设计方法与步骤程序。
