摘要: 随着我国住房改革的进一步实施,房地产行业得到了迅猛的发展,各具特色的楼盘相继问世。由于我国采用的是期房预售制度,也就是说销售的并不是楼盘实体,而是待建楼盘,因此,需要一个供买卖双方沟通和交易的平台,售楼处应时而生,并成为城市中一道独特靓丽的风景线。近几年,售楼处除了承载着销售住房这种特殊商品的使命外,还是体现发展商的实力、展示未来美好的社区生活、接待前来参观的客户、展示楼盘和谈判签约的重要场所,它给人的第一印象十分重要。因此,每个开发商无不对售楼处的室内空间设计格外重视,甚至不惜重金而使售楼处室内空间给人以优美华丽之感,使客户能体验贵宾级的服务,帮助客户实现“理想的生活方式”。因此,它的宣传、引导作用十分明显。本论文主要从售楼处的发展开始,通过对售楼处的发展历程和其性质定位的了解,以此为基础,详细解析售楼处室内空间的各个功能分区及其空间的主要特征,分析出影响售楼处室内空间设计的诸多因素;再通过结合国内优秀售楼处的成功案例,介绍了售楼处室内空间的形态与组合,总结出其室内空间的设计原则以及创作手法,最后分析了售楼处室内空间设计的形式与风格。8581

Real Estate Window Design of Indoor Space
Abstract: With the further application in housing reform in our country,real estate industry has developed rapidly. Various premises has turned up. Because we have adopted the institution of forward housing delivery,which does not sale the real houses but the houses to be built,we need a platform which could communicate the contracting parties. Real estate window emerges and becomes a beautiful scenery line. These years, real estate windows not only saled builds but also exemplified the strength of the developers, the nice community life in the future. It is an important place which could receive visitors and clients, show the buildings and supply the platform of negotiate and sign contracts. The first impression it gives clients is very important. Consequently, every developer lay much more emphases on the indoor space design and even spare no money on it in order to make it more graceful. Additionally, they try their best to give their clients VIP service and help the clients achieve their ideal life style. So, the function of its exposition and guidance is very obvious. From the beginning of the real estate window development, base on its development history and the understanding of its characteristic, this paper analyzes the sectorization and the characteristic of its indoor space in the real estate window detailedly. Then, it summarizes the factors which could impact the design of real estate window indoor space . After that, it introduces the real estate window’s style and combination and summarizes its design principle and the method of creation. Eventually, this paper analyzes the style and shape of the real estate window design.
