清晏园在淮安这座城市中是一块暂时蒙上灰尘的宝玉，在改造和扩建后能更好的融入现在的淮安，古今结合。本案的改造与扩建的设计是在原有空间布局的基础上对园林内进行适度合理的改造规划，使其区域功能明确。通过对广场造型、休闲绿地区、植物景观区等的设计空间。古朴的北方园林和现代的综合性公园相结合。既能欣赏精致园林的古色古香，又能满足休闲和娱乐的综合需求。

坚持“以人为本”的设计原则。明确功能分区，为不同的人群塑造适合的空间氛围，设计力求形成丰富的空间格局，并使之和富有特点的内部结构相统一。将现代的广场设计与原有园林相结合，营造出一个整体大气、协调统一的综合性服务绿地。70479

1 背景介绍
