摘要：近年来，人们对心理健康层面的重视程度越来越高，心理疏导和人文关怀也是被写进十七大报告。小学生是祖国未来的希望，其心理健康问题显得尤为重要。我国小学心理健康教育起步较晚，在制度、师资队伍和课程建设等方面尚不完善，各地区发展尚不均衡。把社会工作的专业理念与方法运用到小学生的心理健康问题研究之中，建立起一种学校、家庭与社区三位一体的心理健康教育网络和合作机制，以提高小学生心理健康的水平和素质。29427
本文基于国内外社会工作介入心理健康问题的研究成果的参考，以上海L小学为具体分析对象，并结合文献研究法、访谈法及问卷调查法等研究方法，重点就小学心理健康问题与社工介入的具体策略进行了专门研究。

The Research of Pupils’ Mental Health Problems in L Primary School , Shanghai with Social Work
Abstract：In recent years,there is a growing emphasis on mental health.The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China referred to the psychological counseling an humanistic care.Primary school students are the hope of the motherland in the future,their mental health is especially important.In our country,the mental health education in primary school has a late start,there are many problems still exit in the the construction of the system,teachers' ability,courses,and many other aspects.In addition,the regional development is not balanced.Applying the concept and method of school social work to mental health education in primary school and establishing a mental health education network and cooperation mechanism between school, family and community to improve pupils’ mental health.
This paper is based on the research achievements of mental health school social work at home and abroad,and its research object is the social work practice of a primary school in Shanghai.It focuses on the study of pupils’ mental health problems and specific strategies of social work intervention with the research methods of literature study,questionnaire, interview and other research methods.

（一） 研究缘起
自从1999年起，国家公开发布《关于加强中小学心理健康教育的若干意见》，到三年后《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》的推出，再到十七大报告中全面提高所公民道德素质的相关内容中提及的，重视心理疏导及人文关怀。随着这些文件的出台，小学生的心理健康问题愈来愈受到人们的关注。当前情况下，我国的小学心理健康教育工作虽然取得了较大的进步，但其仍然还处于起步和探索的阶段，很多问题还需解决。 社会工作介入小学生心理健康问题的研究:http://www.751com.cn/yixue/lunwen_24670.html
