摘要脑中风已经成为了危害人类生命健康的一种重大疾病,极高的致残率导致其严重地影响了患者的工作和生活。因此,对于脑中风患者的康复及其评估分析具有很大的研究意义和战略意义。
论文主要研究了在虚拟环境下对脑中风病人的康复评估分析。首先了解了虚拟现实系统及其特点与应用。其次研究了临床常用的康复评定方法,并基于Brunnstrom评定量表设计了虚拟康复训练任务。利用OpenGL和MFC图形开发技术设计了米字型轨迹跟踪任务。通过MATLAB软件进行了轨迹对比分析,设计采用实际轨迹的偏移量及其标准偏差作为康复评估指数。最后分别通过两组对比采样实验及数据分析证明了康复评估指数的可信度。69369

Title TASK PERFORMANCE IN HAPTIC VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT FOR STROKE PATIENTS FOR REHABILITATION
Abstract
Stroke has become a hazard to human life and health of a serious illness.It's high disability rate lead to seriously affect to the work and life of patients. Therefore, there is great significance for the rehabilitation and assessment analysis of stroke patients.
This paper mainly studies on the rehabilitation assessment of stroke patients in the virtual environment.Firstly,the virtual reality system and its characteristics and applications are understood.Secondly,the commonly used rehabilitation evaluation methods were studied.The virtual rehabilitation training task was designed based on the Brunnstrom scale.By using OpenGL and MFC graphics development technology,the mi type trajectory tracking task has been desigened.The MATLAB software was used to carry out the trajectory analysis.The actual trajectory of the offset and its standard deviation was desigened as the rehabilitation assessment index.Finally,the effectiveness of the rehabilitation assessment index was proved by two groups of contrast sampling experiments.
