摘要 城市道路交叉口或者城市主要信号控制交叉口是交通网络中重要的核心节点,也是造成交通延误和交通事故频发的交集点。随着城市机动化水平的快速发展,行人在混合交通中的弱势地位日益加剧,在交叉口行人过街交通行为中,人和机动车的冲突较频繁,不仅造成了城市道路交通秩序的混乱,而且极易引起交通事故,对行人的安全过街造成了严重威胁,本文期望通过行人安全过街接入系统设计,来部分解决有关行人过街的安全问题。19236
本文选取南京市主要交通信号控制交叉口为研究对象,根据实地调查交叉口道路现状特征、交叉口空间布局特征,分析有信号控制条件下的和无信号控制条件下的行人的过街行为特征,引出交叉口的行人与机动车的冲突点,并在交叉口的行人过街自动导引系统设计中引用接入管理技术,并对应用接入管理的两个方案进行对比分析与系统论证,建立了基于冲突点、服务水平为主要评判指标的评估模型,并通过实际案例验证其评估效果,从而论证了本文建立的接入管理方案的正确性和合理性。
