摘要以IEC61850为标准建立的数字化变电站,由3个部分即过程层、间隔层、站控层组成。要实现变电站的智能化,需要各种智能装置,它们中的一个就是智能终端。智能终端使用电缆与相应的一次设备相连接,用光纤与二次设备连接,实现了对相关设备相应的功能。建设智能变电站时,构建一次智能化设备,目前最优的办法就是采用智能终端。这种方法是用以前的一次设备结合现在的智能终端实现的,一次设备是它们的基础。智能终端不采用以前的继电器所采用的回路,而是用程序来实现的,这样会节省大量通讯成本。通过GOOSE网络传递命令来控制开关设备,就不容易被干扰。19924
CompactRIO是一款嵌入式控制和采集硬件平台,为工业与嵌入式控制应用提供所需的高性能与高可靠性以及自定制的灵活性。CompactRIO嵌入式系统采用PowerPC处理器,具有10/100M网口、串口、USB口等多种接口,可方便的组成分布式系统。
本文首先分析了智能终端的基本工作原理,然后选取了智能终端中的部分功能,利用Labview编写了程序进行了模拟,主要包括GOOSE报文的解析,智能终端合闸功能的实现,智能终端跳闸功能的实现。最终对智能终端的了解更加深入,也熟悉了Labview软件的应用。

Title Analog design intelligent terminal of substation intelligent based on NI CRIO
Abstract
Intelligent substation IEC61850 standard established part of that process is pided into three layers , the spacer layer , station level . To achieve intelligent substation , requires a variety of smart devices , one of which is the intelligent terminal. Intelligent terminals and the corresponding cable connected to a device , connected with fiber and secondary equipment , related equipment to achieve the corresponding functions . When building intelligent substation , building a smart device , currently the best way is to use intelligent terminals . This method is a combination of intelligent terminals are implemented with the previous primary equipment , the device is a base thereof . Intelligent terminal is not used before the relay circuit used , but with the program to achieve, this will save a lot of communication costs . GOOSE pass commands through the network to control the switching equipment, is not likely to be disturbed. In addition , the intelligent terminal device can also measure the amount of their own state and non- power switching devices , can also achieve self-test, so it is easy for integrated management , protection and control can also be achieved to send and receive commands .
CompactRIO is an embedded control and acquisition hardware platforms , to provide the required performance and high reliability, and flexibility for customized industrial and embedded control applications. CompactRIO embedded systems using PowerPC processor with 10/100M Ethernet ports, serial ports , USB ports and other interfaces , the composition can be easily distributed systems. There are a thousand kinds of built- Labview function can be used to create multi-threaded embedded systems, so that it has real-time control , analysis, and other data recording and communication functions.
