摘要：户外广告牌作为城市外在标志，代表一个城市的形象，在户外广告牌的管理问题方面，笔者研究发现；第一、户外广告牌覆盖范围过小，极大程度影响到工作人员读取有效信息的工作效率，且稍有干扰即无法进行有效读取；第二、当前移动终端上的广告牌管理系统缺乏GIS广告牌定位功能；第三、广告牌信息在各职能部门之间的共享仍存在很大的问题，缺乏统一、有效的监管平台，实现各职能部门之间的信息共享。本研究首先介绍了自动识别的概念，进而对RFID工作原理、系统组成，及分类与特点进行详细描述，之后对RFID的中间件的研究进行深入探讨。研究中包含通信方案设计，采用GSM 网络代替有线网络，通过研究无线网络通信协议、网络安全、远程访问方式，以及数据传输速率、传输距离等，提出一种适合整个广告牌监管系统的构架。最后，提出了一种基于RFID技术的户外广告牌监管系统，阐述了该系统的总体设计方案，主要硬件设备选型，详细描述了系统工作流程、结构分析与软件开发环境，根据RFID数据通信要求，提出了基于GPRS的RFID数据通信方式，对广告牌进行有效管理。24329

Billboard supervision system based on RFID
Abstract：Outdoor billboards is city external symbol, represents a city's image, in the management of outdoor billboards, the study found; first, outdoor billboards coverage is too small, the reading efficiency of effective information work greatly affects the staff, and have interference that can not be effectively read; billboard management second, the current mobile terminals on the lack of GIS billboard positioning function; third, billboard is shared between the various functional departments still exist in the big problems, the lack of a unified, efficient supervision platform, realizes between various departments to share information.
This paper firstly introduces the concept of automatic identification, then the RFID working principle, system composition, the detailed description and classification and characteristics, after the research of RFID middle ware are discussed. The design includes communication scheme, using GSM networks to replace the wired network, through the research of wireless network communication protocol, network security, remote access, and data transmission rate, transmission distance, proposes a framework for the whole billboard regulation system.
Finally, put forward a kind of outdoor advertising management system based on RFID technology, and describes the overall design of the system, the selection of the main equipment, a detailed description of the work flow, system structure analysis and software development environment, according to the requirements of RFID data communication, the RFID data communication mode based on GPRS, the effective management of billboard.
