摘要：本文介绍了罗克韦尔自动化有限公司最新推出的新一代通过Micro800系列控制器微型PLC，该控制器通过内置的RS-232，RS-485，USB和Ethernet/IP等通信接口实现与Power Flex系列变频器的通讯与控制。本文主要介绍学习Rockwell Micro 800PLC与Power Flex变频器安全使用规程，学习Rockwell Micro 800PLC与Power Flex变频器操作手册，本课题的技术核心就是通过Micro 800 PLC控制器的CCW编程软件对变频器进行组态参数设置，通过Micro 800 PLC的通讯功能，实现Power Flex变频器的通讯与控制，通过变频器组态界面了解和对变频器的配置，通过Micro 800控制器的RS-485网络通信的MSG-MODBUS读取变频器的反馈的信息，控制变频器的控制功能，实现各种控制功能。通过Micro800控制器的编程软件CCW组态变频器为例，充分展示Micro800控制器对Power Flex 变频器通讯与控制的便捷。本文通过介绍CCW软件等实现Micro 800 PLC 与Power Flex变频器控制电动机的转向和速度的案例来说明该控制器对外接设备参数的设置是实时便捷的，对外接设备的控制是即时准确的，充分展示了Micro800系列控制器通讯和控制功能的强大。24478

Abstract：This paper introduces Rockwell Automation Co., Ltd. introduced a new generation of the latest Micro800 series controller by micro PLC, the controller was built by means of RS-232,RS-485, the realization of communication and control and Power Flex series inverter USB and Ethernet/IP communication interface. This paper mainly introduces the learning Rockwell Micro800PLC and Power Flex converter safety rules,learning Rockwell Micro 800PLC and Power Flex converter operating manual,the core technology of this issue is through the Micro 800 PLC controller CCW programming software configuration parameters on frequency,through the Micro 800 PLC communication function, realize the communication and control of Power Flex converter, through the inverter configuration interface for understanding and configuration of the transducer,read the feedback inverter through RS-485 network communication Micro800 controller MSG-MODBUS, control function to control the frequency converter,to achieve a variety of control functions. By programming the software configuration of CCW inverter Micro800 controller as an example, fully display the Micro800 controller for Power Flex inverter communication and control convenience.This article describes the CCW software implemented by the Power Flex Micro inverter control steering and speed of the motor case to illustrate the 800 PLC controller to set the parameters of external devices in real time convenient for external device control is instant and accurate, fully demonstrate strong communication Micro800 series controllers and control functions.
