摘要城市化的快速进程带来了城市交通快速机动,但同时也相应的带来了日益严峻的交通拥堵与渐不可控的交通尾气排放。通过建立交通尾气排放预测模型以对城市路网车辆尾气排放进行预测是制定交通政策的一个重要研究方向。 本文根据南京市机动车尾气排放数据,通过以国家控制机动车原油有害物质使用与排放标准为基础划分车辆类型,分析路网道路上各速度区间VSPBin分布,以VSP为连接纽带,计算出城市路网中各型车辆在各速度区间的排放基本数据,,由各型车辆各排放因子作为模型的修正基础因子,城市路网中各型车辆在各速度区间的排放基本数据作为模型修正变量,计算得出模型修正系数,建立了城市路网各速度区间各排放因子的速度修正模型。28729
所建立的速度模型修正系数曲线均具有较高的拟合度,能较为准确地对路网上各型机动车在不同行驶速度下进行车辆尾气排放量化预测。对于交通部门有关城市路网尾气排放限定政策的制定与实施是具有方法参考价值的。对于国家控制机动车原油有害物质使用与排放标准的实际使用效果也有数据方面的相关验证。
