摘要:随着科学技术的不断前行发展,机械设备部件现正往着高性能和高自动化的目标前行。齿轮箱系统是一种重要的零部件在机械领域,它主要起着连接和传递动力的作用,由于其突出的力学性能而在各个领域得到广泛应用,但同时也是最容易发生故障的一个部件。而在机械设备中,齿轮被使用到的频率十分高,所以齿轮的故障诊断方法对机械设备部件的使用寿命起到了举足轻重的影响。本文使用MATLAB软件分别对齿轮箱故障中的齿轮故障及轴不平衡故障进行频谱分析和倒频谱分析。频谱分析是通过振动信号的时域特征经过数学方法的处理转换为频域特征,然后进行相关分析。倒频谱分析方法的实质是获得功率谱的对数,然后分析频谱最后对获得的频谱进行分析周期性成分。包络分析方法是通过在滤波检波振动信号的基础上进行处理的方式,在进行频谱分析诊断之前,务必要先对信号进行高通滤波和带通滤波,目的是滤掉其中的低频成份,然后对最后得到的信号提取出其中的低频调制信号来进行包络解调分析。通过频谱图中的故障信息来分析齿轮箱故障。29867

Vibration analysis of high speed train gearbox
Abstract:With the continuous development of science and technology, machinery and equipment are developing towards the direction of high performance, high automation, high efficiency and high reliability. Gearbox is one of the most important parts in the mechanical field. It plays an important role of connection and transmission power, due to its outstanding mechanical properties and in various fields are widely used, but also the most prone to failure of a components. And in the machinery and equipment, use frequency of the gear is very high, so the gear fault diagnosis technology of machine quality and service life of the very important role. This paper uses MATLAB software respectively, fault of the gear box fault in the fault of gear and shaft imbalance of spectrum analysis and cepstrum analysis. The spectrum analysisof vibration signals is described by a mathematical method to transform the frequency domaindescription, then carries on the analysis. Cepstrum analysis is the essence of the powerspectrum of logarithm, then the spectrum analysis, get the periodic components in the spectrum. Envelope analysis method, a vibration signal based on detection filtering processing method, before the spectrum analysis, need first to signal high pass or band-pass filter, filter out low frequency components, then the signal envelope demodulation to extract low frequency modulation signal.
