摘要直升机具有机动灵活的特点,被广泛应用于许多军事领域。但直升机的振动问题一直限制着其发展和使用。直升机武器系统可以看作是由若干刚体和柔体联接组成的复杂多体系统,其振动与噪声水平取决于直升机多体系统动力学规律。多体系统动力学可为揭示直升机武器系统振动噪声成因、降低旋翼振动噪声提供关键技术和手段。本文应用多体系统传递矩阵法,建立了直升机武器系统动力学模型、总传递方程自动推导方法、特征方程。实现了对直升机武器系统振动特性的快速计算,得到系统固有频率。完成了直升机武器系统动力响应仿真,根据仿真结果提出了几种振动控制方案。33553

Title The Modeling and Simulition of Helicopter Weapon System Based on Transfer Matrix Method for Multibody System
Abstract
The helicopter has been widely used in many military fields for its flexible characteristics. But its development and use have been limited for vibration problem of helicopter. Helicopter weapon system can be seen as complex multibody system that consists of a number of rigid body and flexible body, its vibration and noise level depends on the law of dynamics of helicopter multibody system. Dynamics of multibody systems can provide key technology and means to reveal the reason of helicopter weapon system’s vibration noise and reduce rotor’s vibration noise. The transfer matrix method for multibody system is used to establish the dynamics model of helicopter weapon system, method deduced overall transfer equation automomatically, eigenequation. It is realized to compute vibration characteristics of the helicopter with high speed and the system’s natural frequecy is obtained. The dynamics response simulation of helicopter weapon system is completed, and several means of vibration control are put forward according to the simulation results.
