摘 要:矿井提升机在矿山安全控制系统中具有重要作用,承担着运输矿石、物料、人员和其他的任务。传统的矿井提升机变频调速控制系统主要采用的继电器-接触器进行控制,这类提升机通常在电动机转子回路中串接附加电阻进行启动和调速。这种控制系统存在可靠性差、操作复杂、故障率高、电能浪费大、效率低等众多缺点。针对于这种情况采用PLC与变频器相结合的控制方案对原来电控系统来进行改造,提高整个电控系统的安全可靠性和控制精度以及调速性能。因此,对矿井提升机控制系统进行研究具有现实意义,也是对于国内外相关行业专家学者来说的一个热门的研究课题。本文把变频器和可编程序控制器应用于提升机控制系统上,并且在可行性方面进行了较深入透彻的研究。事实表明,采用此控制系统,可以使得提升机工作可靠、使用方便,同时还具有动态显示的功能,节能效果明显。55431

Abstract:Mine hoist is plays an important role in mine safety control system, bear the transport ore, materials, personnel, and other tasks. Traditional mine hoist mainly adopts frequency control of motor speed control system of relay - contactor to control, this type of hoist is usually in motor concatenated additional resistance in the rotor loop start and speed control. This control system is poor reliability, complicated operation, high failure rate, power consumption, low efficiency, many shortcomings. For this kind of situation by adopting the combination of PLC and frequency converter control scheme, the modification of the original electric control system for improving the safety of the electric control system reliability and control precision and high performance. Therefore, the study of mine hoist control system has a practical significance, is also for related industries at home and abroad experts and scholars of a hot research topic. In this paper, the application of frequency converter and PLC in the elevator control system, and the feasibility of an in-depth study. Facts show that this control system, can make the hoist work reliable, easy to use, at the same time also has the function of the dynamic display, energy saving effect is obvious.
