摘要飞速发展的科学技术,使小规模的集成遥控已无法满足现代工业的需求,新型的大规模集成遥控的出现,也带动着遥控器飞速发展的步伐。在一些环境恶劣、干扰性强或是需要远距离操控的大型工业现场,一般的如红外、光控、蓝牙甚至低频无线电传输遥控器等,可靠性已达不到所需的要求。如何解决这些问题将是工业遥控器发展的方向和关键所在。34566
针对工业现场远距离传输和执行情况反馈等要求,设计了基于STC89C52单片机为核心的无线电工业遥控器,以按键输出控制信息,NRF24L01无线收发模块进行2.4GHZ高频无线收发,利用ULN2003模块驱动大电压,实现了单片机输出电压的放大,为下位机的继电器控制提供了基础。通过LCD显示应答反馈信号,来实现一对一双向通信
2.4GHZ是NRF24L01的频段收发范围,高频率的射频保证了其抗干扰性,也保证了较长的传输距离。同时30台遥控器在一起也不会产生相互干扰的问题,为工业现场的抗干扰性提供了保障。本设计是基于单片机的无线遥控器,在对一些需求进行功能分析和技术改进的同时,也根据实际情况作了系统调试。以上都将在本文中详细介绍。

Abstract
The rapid development of science and technology, small-scale integrated remote control has been unable to meet the needs of modern industry, the new emergence of large-scale integrated remote control, also contributed to the pace of the rapid development of the remote control. In some of the harsh environment, strong interference or need remote control of a large industrial site, in general, such as infrared, light control, Bluetooth and even low-frequency radio transmission remote control, reliability has reached less than the requirements needed. How to solve these problems will be the direction of industrial development and the remote control key.
     For industrial site and the implementation of long-distance transmission feedback, etc., designed based on STC89C52 as the core of the radio industry remote control to key output control information, NRF24L01 wireless transceiver module 2.4GHZ frequency wireless transceiver, use ULN2003 to drive large voltage module to achieve a single-chip output voltage amplification, the next crew to the relay control provides the foundation. LCD display by answering feedback signal, to achieve one-way communication.
     2.4GHZ band transceiver is NRF24L01 range, high-frequency radio to ensure its interference, but also to ensure a longer transmission distance. While 30 remote control does not cause problems with mutual interference immunity for industrial site to provide a guarantee.
