摘要近年来,电子设备逐步渗透到人们的日常生活中。这些电子产品在使用的过程中却需要各种内部电源的支撑,因此都离不开开关电源。
开关电源因其体积小、重量轻、高频化等优点被人们熟悉和使用。电网滤波,整流滤波电路,逆变器模块,输出整流滤波和辅助电源等几个功能块构成开关电源。在此基础上,这里我们设计了一个12V的高频开关稳压电源,用于满足一些电子设备的电源要求。50573
本论文设计的开关电源的主电路采用的是半桥拓扑结构,其中L6591作为控制IC,该芯片是一种具有固定频率的先进PWM控制器,采用了软开关技术,实现高频的同时,降低了开关损耗并且克服了开关噪声等技术难题。
其中,控制回路以L6591芯片为主要模块,其中重点确定了高频变压器的型号选取。控制回路主要包含芯片驱动电路的设计,反馈电路以及辅助电源模块的设计。

Abstract In recent years, electronic equipment and gradually penetrate into people's daily lives. These electronic products in the use of the process but needs the support of various internal power supply, and therefore can not be separated switching power supply.
Switching power supply because of its small size, light weight, high frequency, etc. are familiar and use. Grid filter, rectifier filter circuit, inverter modules, output and auxiliary power rectifier filter function blocks and several other switching power supply. On this basis, here we designed a 12V high-frequency switching power supply, to meet some of the power requirements of electronic equipment.
In this paper, the main circuit switching power supply design uses a half-bridge topology, which L6591 as the control IC, the chip is a fixed frequency of advanced PWM controller, using the soft-switch technology, high frequency while reducing switching losses and switching noise to overcome technical problems.
Among them, the control loop L6591 chip as the main module, which focused on identifying high-frequency transformer model selection. The control loop mainly includes the design of the chip driver circuit, the feedback circuit and the auxiliary power supply module.
