本文主要研究锅炉系统的模糊PID控制的设计与分析,并研究锅炉汽包水位的动态特性。分析理解了锅炉汽包水位的控制特性与锅炉的给水流量和蒸汽流量之间的相关联系,得出传递函数以及特性曲线。采用了PID控制与模糊PID控制,并用了MATLAB仿真,结果证实模糊PID稳定时间更短,且超调量更低,综合效果远优于传统PID控制。

Study of Boiler Water Level Control System Based on Fuzzy PID Control
Abstract Boiler is an important power device in many industries, such as in the chemical oil is the core of energy equipment. Even the boiler system technology to measure the pros and cons of the boiler. It is the guarantee of the life and property to avoid the instability of the boiler. Can not blindly develop the economy, to be used in the field of security. The accession of the computer system is an inevitable result of history, it will make the boiler into the field of automatic control, so that the boiler can be perfect operation. The boiler using computer and fuzzy control, because of combustion of scientific control, reduces the air pollution, reduce oxide combustion rate effect is good, and to enhance the level of automation, but also can improve the thermal efficiency, various advantages also improves the people pay more and more attention to the scientific control, but also the side to promote the industrial reform. So, the development of boiler industry is particularly important.
This paper mainly studies the design and analysis of fuzzy PID control of boiler system, and studies the dynamic characteristics of boiler drum water level. Analysis of the boiler drum water level control characteristics and the boiler feed water flow and steam flow of the correlation between the transfer function and the characteristic curve. Using the fuzzy compound control method in fuzzy PID, and using the MATLAB simulation, the results confirm that the fuzzy PID is shorter, and the overshoot is lower. The comprehensive effect is far superior to the traditional PID control.
