摘要现如今,随着目前绞车技术的不断提高、加工材料的不断改进和电子控制技术的不断发展。绞车在动力、节能和安全等方面取得了很大的进步。目前绞车广泛应用于工程机械建筑机械、矿山机械、船舶运输、海洋石油等诸多领域。而随着应用的广泛,对技术的要求也越来越高[26]。而线缆收放设备也为绞车开辟了一个新的领域。 50677

本课题主要研究电动收放设备的控制系统。目前,我国线缆收放设备大多还采用的是异步电动机转子串电阻的交流调速系统。这种电动系统可靠性比较差,工作效率低,能耗大,很大程度上限制了运动效率。针对此现状,采用变频器对电动设备进行改造设计,并使用PLC控制变频器,以解决现在存在的问题。变频器调速方案的提出,也解决了转子串电阻交流调速系统的一些弊病,其克服了接触器、绕线电机点啥等容易损坏的特点,降低了事故和故障的发生,无极调速提高了调速精度,方便接入通讯网络控制从而实现了生产自动化控制[20]。

本设计采用两台变频器分别对两台交流电动机速度和转矩进行控制以绞盘和储缆绞车可靠运转。系统绞盘及储缆绞车的驱动均采用交流拖动系统,用两台变频器分对两台交流电机速度和转矩进行控制。软件上该系统的开发使用GX Developer和C++ builder软件。

Abstract Nowadays with the current winch technology continues to improve, the continuous improvement of processing materials and electronic control technology continues to evolve.Winch has made great progress in the power, energy efficiency and security .Winch widely used in engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, shipping, offshore oil and many other areas.However, with the extensive application of the technology requirements are also increasing. The winch cable retractable device also opened up a new field.

 The main subject of study electric retractable equipment control system.Currently, most of China's cable retractable device also uses an asynchronous AC motor rotor speed control system series resistance.The electric system reliability is poor, low efficiency, energy consumption, largely limits the efficiency of movement.For this situation, the use of the drive to transform the electric equipment design and use PLC control inverter, in order to solve the existing problems.Inverter was proposed to also solve the series resistance AC variable speed rotor system some shortcomings, which overcomes the contactors, motor winding and other easily damaged Dian sha characteristics, reducing the occurrence of accidents and failures, step less improve speed accuracy, easy access to communication network control in order to achieve the automation of production control.

This design uses two AC motor drive separately to control the speed and torque to the winch cable winches and reservoir reliable operation.Cable winch and winch system drivers are stored AC drive system, with two points on two AC drive motor speed and torque control.The system was developed software using GX Developer and C + + Builder software.
