摘要:随着仓储业的发展,诸多问题随之而来,仓库占地面积太大、空间利用率不高、存取货物的不便。在问题出现之后,人们发明了立体仓库,并逐渐形成演变为自动化立体仓库。
本设计来源于仓储业实践中,自动化立体仓库发展迅速,在仓储业中应用非常广泛,升降横移式自动化立体仓库有着很广阔的前景。本设计主要利用MCGS组态软件来模拟和实现自动化立体仓库的工作原理以及工作流程。本设计主要包括自动化立体仓库原理介绍、软件仿真两部分,以组态软件仿真为核心。利用组态软件来模拟升降横移式自动化立体仓库的运动原理,使读者能直观的理解自动化立体仓库的工作原理以及工作流程。随着立体仓库的不断发展和广泛应用,升降横移式自动化立体仓库一定会有更为广阔的发展空间和应用前景。54300

Abstract: With the development of storage industry, many problems has rised : the storage space is too much, the space utilization is not high and inconvenient to storage and load the commodity. so after that people invented the three-dimensional warehouse and it gradually evolved into the auto three-dimensional warehouse.
This design comes from the practice of warehousing, the auto three-dimensional warehouse is developing rapidly and widely used in the storage industry,lifting and transferring auto three-dimensional warehouse has a very bright future. This design mainly uses MCGS configuration software to simulate and automate warehouse works and workflow. This design mainly include the introduction of anto three-dimensional warehouse's theory and software simulation, the configuration software emulation is its core. Using theory of configuration software to simulate the lifting and transferring the movement , so that the reader can intuitively understand the working principle of automated storage and workflow. With the continuous development of warehouse and wide application of lifting and transferring the auto three-dimensional warehouse, there will be a broader space for development and application.
