摘要:本文内容主要为超大型多功能吊装装备的嵌入式智能前端硬件设计,具体以“超大型海上风电安装作业平台”为研究对象,论证并设计了嵌入式单元系统的总体方案以及相关硬件电路。主要包括主控制器、电源模块、数据存储模块、RS232接口、485总线接口、USB接口、CAN总线接口、以太网接口、JTAG调试接口等硬件模块。硬件模块设计完成后又对其进行PCB设计。此外研究了基于RS232接口的双机通讯原理,模拟吊装装备上远程监控以及远程知识文护服务策略的实现,并在开发板上进行调试。7865
基于本文研究设计开发的嵌入式监控与文护单元原型尚处于初步开发研究阶段,不过基于硬件调试的结果来看,目前已经实现了部分功能,并达到了预期的目标,对实际应用具有一定参考价值。

Title Embedded Intelligent Front-end Hardware Design Of Huge Multi-function Hoisting Equipment
Abstract
In this paper, The overall program of the unit of the prototype system and the hardware of the system which mainly rely on the object called “Huge offshore wind turbine installation platform”will be Preliminarily studied and designed . After that the hardware of the prototype system, which include the main controller, power supply modules, data storage module, RS232 interface, the 485 bus interface, USB interface, CAN bus interface, Ethernet interface, JTAG debug interface will be designed. Then goes the PCB design. In addition, s the principle of the dual-machine communication based on RS232 interface will be discussed to simulate the implementation of remote monitoring and remote knowledge maintenance services on huge lifting equipment.
As the prototype of this embedded system designed in this paper is still in the preliminary research and development stage, but currently we Have achieved some of the functions and finished the expected target, with a certain reference value on the practical applications.
