摘要火炮作为地面部队的主要压制火力,在常规武器中有非常重要的地位,火炮的性能直接影响战争的胜负。火炮操作机构的优化设计,有助于提高火炮的反应速度。本文意图设计一套火炮操作力的测量系统,为手轮等火炮的人机接口的设计提供数据。60826
进行操作力测量系统的硬件系统设计。选择应变扭矩传感器测量手轮力,设计了相应的信号调理电路,并选用了存储测试装置进行手轮力测量的数据采集与存储;选用压电式力传感器及配套电荷放大器测量开关闩力,基于工业控制计算机内置PCI数据采集模块的方式组建了开关闩力测量用数据采集系统。根据操作力接口及传感器的安装尺寸,设计了传感器安装接口。
基于LabVIEW分别设计了开关闩力测试软件与扭矩测试软件,给出了软件的设计思路、程序流程、各个功能模块的实现方法。开关闩力测试软件由数据采集、数据回读、数据处理与分析、波形打印等模块组成;扭矩测试软件由数据串口传递、扭矩数据处理、生成报表等功能模块组成。
该系统进行了试验调试与验证。

Title Artillery operating force measurement system design
Abstract
Artillery, as the main ground forces in conventional arms, has a very important position. Artillery performance directly affects the outcome of wars. Optimal design of artillery operating mechanism helps to improve the response speed of it. This paper is intended to design a measuring system of artillery operating force, providing data for designing man-machine interface of artillery such as the hand wheel.
We make the force measurement system hardware system design, and select the strain measuring hand-wheel force torque sensor with the corresponding signal conditioning circuits, and also choose a memory test device hand-wheel force measurement data acquisition and storage. We select piezoelectric force sensor and supporting the charge amplifier measurement switch latch force, which based on industrial control computer built-in PCI data acquisition to establish module way switch latch force measurement data acquisition system. According to the operating force interfaces and sensor installation sizes, we design the sensor mounting interface.
Based on Lab-VIEW switch latch force and torque testing software testing software, we give the software design, program flow, and the various functional modules implementation. Switch latch force testing software consists of the data acquisition, data read-back, data processing and analysis, and waveform printing module, while torque testing software consists of the serial data transmission, torque data processing, generating reports, and other functional modules.
The system has experienced test debugging and verification.
