摘要横梁是典型的细长弧形浅盒件,在冲压成形的过程中回弹现象严重。通过拉深成形及回弹的有限元数值模拟分析,可以提高表面成形质量,控制回弹缺陷的产生。
本文对横梁拉深成形中的主要特点进行了分析,探讨了横梁拉深成形的缺陷,首先利用PRO-E进行建模,其次通过有限元分析软件Dynaform进行冲压成形和回弹的仿真分析,初步探讨了板料参数、压边力、冲压速度、摩擦系数以及模具参数这些因素对横梁回弹的影响,最后,通过多因素正交试验得出了最优方案。对横梁拉深成形及回弹过程提出了针对性的解决措施,并提出该课题今后的研究方向和方法。63246

Title Finite Element Analysis of Crossbeam Drawing Process and Springback
Abstract
The crossbeam is a typical slender curved box. The springback phenomenon is serious in the process of stamping. The surface forming quality can be improved and the springback defect can be controlled by the finite element forming and springback simulation analysis.
The main characteristics of the crossbeam in drawing were analyzed, and the defects of crossbeam drawing were discussed. Firstly, finite element analysis of crossbeam drawing process was modeled by PRO/E. Then simulation analysis process of drawing and springback was simulated by finite element analysis software Dynaform. The influences of material parameters, blank holder force, punch speed, friction coefficient and die parameters on springback of crossbeam were discussed. Finally, the optimal scheme is obtained by orthogonal test. The solving measures on crossbeam drawing process, springback and the research direction of this subject in the future were put forward.
