摘要随着运输事业的发展,人们对汽车的安全越来越重视,于是对汽车零部件的设计要求也越来越高。前桥是汽车的重要组成部分,轻卡的前桥为非断开式转向从动桥,它对货车的转向功能和行驶稳定性有很重要的影响。在货车前桥的设计和开发过程中,其结构型式、车轮定位参数和强度占有十分重要的地位。本设计选用轻卡的前桥作为设计对象,根据任务书所给的参数,先对前桥进行合理的设计,然后通过UG进行建模。模型建成后,利用Hypermesh对其进行有限分析。分析结果表明,该桥在各种载荷情况作用下静强度足够,各项性能指标均满足国家标准。63574

Title Modeling and finite element analysis of the light truck front axle
Abstract
With the development of transportation, people pay more and more attention to the safety of the car, so the designs of automobile components are increasingly high requirements. The front axle is one of the most important parts of the automobile. The front axle of the light truck is a disconnected steering followed axle. It makes an important effect on the performance of the steering and the stability. In the design and development of the front axle, the structure, the alignment and the intensity has been a very important task. This design selects light truck front axle as the research object. According to the parameters of the task book, the front axle should be designed reasonable, and then modeled by UG. After the establishment of the model, do the finite element analysis based on Hypermesh. The result makes clear that driving axle housing’s static intension is enough under every load condition, and all performance meet the national standard.
