摘要自动离合器是汽车机械式自动变速系统的关键部件,其执行机构能否快速、准确地响应控制系统发出的指令,直接影响到离合器的控制效果。开发设计出响应速度快、跟踪误差小、性能稳定的执行机构是提高自动离合器综合性能的有效途径之一。本文以 AMT 电动离合器执行机构为研究对象,机械式自动变速器(AMT)是在手动变速器(MT)的基础上,增加离合器与选换档执行机构改造而成的,发展AMT技术易于实现。本文主要围绕以下几个方面展开研究:63575
(1)分析干式膜片弹簧离合器的操纵特性,计算得到离合器的分离力和分离位移等离合器执行机构的设计边界条件。
(2)论证电磁直线执行器在电控离合器中应用的可行性。
(3)设计得到电控离合器执行机构的技术方案,根据确定的设计边界条件进行执行机构的参数设计。
(4)建立执行机构的三维模型。
(5)绘制执行机构的二维装配图和零件图。

Title Electronically controlled clutch technology research of automobile
Abstract Automatic clutch is a key component of automotive mechanical automatic transmission system. It directly affects the clutch control effect whether its implementing agencies can quickly and accurately respond to the directives issued by the control system or not. Designing automatic clutch actualor with fast response, small tracking error and stable performance is the effect ways to improve the overall performance of automatic clutch. In this paper, AMT electric clutch actuator for the study, automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) is a manual transmission (MT), based on the increase in the clutch and shift actuator selection adapted from, the development of AMT technology easy to implement. This paper mainly focus on the following aspects of:
(1) Analyze the handing characteristics of dry type diaphragm spring clutch and calculate the boundary conditions of clutch actuator such as separation force and the separation displacement.
(2)Demonstrate the feasibility of applying electromagnetic linear actuator on electronic control.
(3)Design technical solutions of electronically controlled clutch actuator according to the defined boundary conditions of actuator.
(4)Establish three-dimensional model of the implementing agencies.
(5) Drawing two-dimensional actuator assembly drawing and parts diagram.
