摘要电子驻车制动系统(EPB,Electronic Parking Brake)是指将行车过程中的临时性制动和停车后的长时性制动功能整合在一起,并且由电子控制方式实现停车制动的技术。
本文在对电子驻车制动系统的结构和工作原理进行分析的基础上,对电子驻车制动系统执行机构进行了分析,从实际应用的角度出发,设计了一套电子驻车制动系统。首先介绍了线控技术的概念及其发展趋势,以及线控制动系统的分类及原理,并在 CAN 总线基础上设计了电子驻车制动系统原理,根据此原理对电子驻车系统的系统功能进行了设计。系统采用了模块化设计理念(因为其抗干扰性能好、可维修性强),对实现各项功能的控制策略分别进行了讨论和研究。系统利用建立好的基于CAN总线的通讯网络,实现了各种驻车制动系统控制时需要的参数信息及驻车控制指令的传输。63899

Title Electronic parking brake control system design
Abstract Electronic parking brake (EPB) refers to togethered the process of temporary traffic and a long time of braking function after parking brake, and achieve parking brake technology by the electronic control.
In this paper, based on the analysis of the electronic parking brake system structure and working principle, the electronic parking brake actuator is analyzed, From the perspective of application, an EPB system is designed. First, the concept of wire technology and its development trends,and the classification and principles of wire braking system is introduced ,and based on CAN bus electronic parking brake systems theory is designed, the EPB system functions was designed based on this principle. System uses a modular design concept (because of its anti-jamming performance, maintainability strong), the realization of various functions of the control strategy were discussed and studied. The system uses to establish a good communication network based on CAN bus, to achieve a variety of parking brake system control parameters required information, and parking control command transmission .
