摘要语音合 成技术是实现人 机交互，建立一个有听说能力 的口语系统所必需的关 键技术之一。相比于语 音识别，语音合 成技术要成熟一些。随着计 算机技术以及数字信号处 理技术的发展，语音合 成技术已经逐 渐应用于各个领 域。语音 合成通常也被称作文一一语转换。本文首先介绍了语音合成的历史及现状、合成原理和几种合成方法，重点描述了共振峰合成。同时还介绍了关于语音合成的相关硬件。其次，在排队系统方面，简单地介绍了该系统的几个组成部分。最后展示了基于语音合成的排队叫号系统的整体设计成果。64286

Title The design and realization of a calling system based on speech synthesis.
Abstract Speech synthesis technology is the one of the key technologies to establish a spoken language system which have the ability of listening and speaking,and it is used to achieve human-computer interaction.Compared to speech recognition,speech synthesis is relatively mature. With the development of digital signal processing technology and computer technology, speech synthesis technology has been increasingly used in various fields. Speech synthesis is also commonly known as Text to Speech.Firstly the history and current situation of speech synthesis technology is introduced briefly with the synthesis principle and several synthetic methods,and the formant synthesis is described in detail. Secondly, the related hardware of speech synthesis is introduced.Then a brief introduction of the calling system has been given.Finally, a designed calling system is presented in this paper, which is based on speech synthesis.

1 绪论
1.1课题来源
窗口服务信息化的发展可以说是日新月异，计算机对窗口管理也起到了越来越大的作用。其中为了更好地体现以人为中心、服务于人的宗旨，提高自动化的水平以改善服务环境、提高服务质量、加快服务流程，自动语音排队叫号系统就成了许多服务窗口的首选。
所谓的自动语音排队叫号系统就是利用电脑自动化的科学管理功能来代替人工排队的系统。这就很好地解决了客户在服务场所办理业务时所遇到的拥挤、混乱、插队而引起争执的问题。大大改善了服务质量与服务水平。文献综述
在本课题中，通过对语音合成技术的学习，利用相关的算法设计一套基于TTS的排队叫号系统，实现窗口的播报功能。
