摘要近年来随着能源问题和环境问题的日益严峻,太阳能得到了广泛的应用,并网光伏发电系统也日益增多。孤岛检测是并网光伏系统必须具备的功能。本文围绕光伏并网发电系统的孤岛检测问题做了重点的分析与研究。9009
本文介绍了孤岛现象的原理和危害,国际和国内通用的孤岛检测标准,在此基础上分析了常见的被动式和主动式孤岛检测方法,比较了其优缺点;介绍了孤岛检测盲区的常用表示方法,分析了过/欠频,过/欠压孤岛检测方法的盲区分布和主动移频的盲区分布。最后对单相光伏并网系统,孤岛检测系统进行Matlab建模,分析了主动频移(AFD)和正反馈主动频移(AFDPF)孤岛检测方法检测失败的原因,研究了截断系数(cf)和正反馈系数(k)对仿真反应时间和并网电流谐波(THD)的影响,验证了AFD和AFDPF盲区分布图的正确性。

Title The Research and Implementation on the Technology
of Grid-connected PV System Islanding Detection
Abstract
Grid-connected photovoltaic systems are increasingly applied due to the limitation of fossil fuels in terms of sustainability and pollution. For the interconnection of PV systems and utility grids, islanding detection is an indispensable feature. The thesis discussed some key issues of islanding detection Techniques.
This paper described the principle of islanding with its bad effects ,the standards accepted both international and at home. Based on the thesis of the common passive and active islanding detection methods,compared their advantages and disadvantages.Then introduced the presentation methods of the islanding non-detection zone . Based on these methods, the over/under frequency and over/under voltage islanding detection blind distribution are analyzed in detail,and also the blind distribution of active frequency shift.At last the single-phase photovoltaic grid system and the islanding detection system are modeled in Matlab.With the model, I analyzed the failure of AFD and AFDPF ,studied the influence of the cf and k to the simulation reaction time and current harmonic,verified the correctness of AFD and AFDPF 's blind area distribution.
