摘要本次试验主要针对45钢螺柱和6061铝合金,采用连续驱动摩擦焊进行焊接。通过静载单向静拉伸实验、微观组织分析和能谱分析,讨论钢螺柱-铝合金摩擦焊接性能。研究表明,45钢螺柱和6061铝合金具有良好的摩擦焊接性,焊接接头抗拉强度可接近铝合金母材,焊接接头在近缝区发生晶粒细化,在粘塑层发生一定程度的元素扩散。而且工件转速为1600r/min,摩擦压力为117.2MPa,摩擦时间为3s,顶锻压力为312.5MPa,顶锻压力文持时间为4s是最优工艺参数,此时得到的接头抗拉强度达到168.3MPa。22764

Title Steel stud-aluminum plate friction stud welding study
Abstract
For 45 steel stud and 6061 aluminum alloy,continuous drive friction welding technology was used for welding test.By means of static load static tensile test microstructure analysis and energy spectrum analysis,the welding property of dissimilar welded joints between 45 steel and 6061 aluminum alloy was discussed.The research indicates that there are good friction welding properties of dissimilar welded joints between 45 steel and 6061 aluminum alloy,and the strength of welded joint was higher than that of aluminum substrate;The grain refinement occurred near the welded joint,and a certain of degree of atomic diffusion took place in the viscoce-plastic layer ,forming a diffusion layer.The optimal process parameters are as follows:the workpiece speed is 1600r/min, friction pressure is 117.2MPa, the friction time is 3s, forging force is 312.5MPa,and upsetting maintenance time is 4s;And the joint tensile strength reached 168.3MPa.
