设计总说明醇酸树脂是一种合成的聚合物，实际是一种可以通过聚合物中各组分的调节制备出性能优质的适用于表面涂层的树脂。醇酸树脂是通过缩聚反应由多元醇、多元酸及脂肪酸为主要成份制备而成的。    醇酸树脂是最先应用于涂料工业的合成树脂之一,也是至今乃广为应用的漆涂用树脂。其原料来源广泛,配方多变,善于通过种种改性而拥有了各种性能特色,所以因此而应用于几乎所有类型涂料之中。
    近年来由于全球经济稳定发展，对醇酸树脂的需求持续走高。醇酸树脂新的研究成果和品种层出不穷，应用在不断拓展和延伸，醇酸树脂的未来市场前景非常可观。
    本设计是年产1000吨醇酸树脂车间工艺设计要求年产量：1000t，操作周期300天/年，进行了工艺计算、设备选型，附有工艺流程图、车间布置图。
    采用溶剂法进行生产，才用间歇式操作方式，原材料自选，需要工艺流程图。通过此次设计，掌握根据产品设计要求出符合条件的产品步骤熟识醇酸树脂的合成工艺，醇酸树脂的配方设计，相关的物理参数对树脂性能的影响和解决方法，并学习了解醇酸树脂的改性方案及其运用。设计过程可以有合理才创新。
工艺：综合多方面的学习和研究，本设计主要是以醇解法和溶剂法来生产醇酸树脂。本设计选用专用醇酸树脂反应釜，该反应釜采用夹套式传热，加热方式为热导油循环加热，而导热油直接由电热管进行加热；冷冷却方式为冷却水冷却，其中搅拌器选用涡轮式搅拌器。本工艺最大的特点是采用填料管代替通常用的蒸出管。6434
原材料：本设计将采用氧化铅为主催化剂，用量为油质量的0.10％。 采用甘油作为多元醇。选用二氧化碳为保护气同时为了降低成本，再选用200号汽油作为溶剂与二甲苯混合使用作为溶剂。
