摘要发动机的活塞环-缸套摩擦副表面经常磨损严重,不能满足长时使用要求,因此通过研究各种表面处理方式来提高其摩擦学性能。本文研究通过在活塞环表面织构化,构造各种不同的微孔结构,包括尺寸、深度、密度等,然后在表面电沉积制备Ag-MoS2复合镀层。对Ag-MoS2复合镀层做X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜表面形貌观察和能谱仪分析,采用WTM-2E可控气氛微型摩擦磨损试验仪和自制摩擦磨损试验机测试其镀层的摩擦学性能。结果表明:22908
(1)活塞环表面织构化可以显著改善润滑剂的润滑性能,达到自润滑效果,延长润滑剂的润滑时间,有效的减磨抗磨,降低摩擦系数,降低磨损率。
(2)活塞环表面Ag-MoS2复合镀层可以提高其摩擦磨损性能,表面形成一层耐磨涂层,能够有效的降低磨损率和摩擦系数。
(3)活塞环表面微孔化密度影响润滑剂的润滑效果,在一定范围内,微孔化密度增加,摩擦系数和磨损率先降低后升高。

Title   Piston textured surface electrodeposited Ag-MoS2                  
composite coating and the tribological properties                                          
Abstract
Piston ring - cylinder liner friction surface of engine often badly worn, can not meet the requirements of a long time use, so to improve its tribological properties, a variety of surface treatments are studied. In this paper, through the piston ring surface texturing, all sorts of different pore structure are designed, including the size, depth, density, etc. Then Ag-MoS2 composite coatings electrodeposite on the surface. For Ag-MoS2 composite coatings, do X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy surface morphology analysis and energy dispersive spectroscopy. Using WTM-2E controlled atmosphere friction and wear tester and homemade tribometer to test their tribological performance of coatings. The results show that:
(1)Ring surface texturing can significantly improve the lubrication performance of the lubricant, to achieve self-lubricating effect, to extend the time the lubricant lubricating,to effectively reduce friction and rate.
(2)The Ag-MoS2 composite coatings can improve their tribological properties, and effectively reduce the wear rate and friction coefficient, with a layer of wear-resistant coating on the surface.
(3)Pore density on the surface of  affect the lubricating effect of lubricant. Within a certain range, pore density increasing, the coefficient of friction first decreases and then increases, so is the wear rate.
