摘要本文针对高强高硬中碳调制钢和Q235钢螺柱之间的焊接在实际应用中的一些局限,比如冷裂、孔洞、未焊透等问题,提出复合热源机器人螺柱焊接方法、采用直接螺柱焊、感应热源预热+拉弧螺柱焊、感应热源预热+拉弧螺柱焊接+后热处理三种焊接的方法来对比焊接后的接头质量,并选出较好的一种焊接方法,对这三种焊接试样分别研究焊接后的外观成形、接头性能和裂纹倾向,研究发现,采用复合热源加热的试样能形成良好的焊缝外观,接头的性能也比直接螺柱焊的好,而感应热源预热+拉弧螺柱焊接+后热处理又优于感应热源预热+拉弧螺柱焊接。23865

Title Experimental Research on Robot Stud Welding Process of Steel Plate in Super High Strength
Abstract
Aiming high strength and high hardness weld carbon steel and Q235 steel studs modulation between the practical application of some limitations, such as cold cracking, holes, lack of penetration problems, stud welding robot made of composite heat method using direct screw column welding, heat induction preheating + arc stud welding, heat induction preheating + drawn arc stud welding method of welding heat treatment of three to compare the quality of the welded joint, and a welding method preferably selected , these three samples were studied welding weld appearance after forming joint performance and cracking tendency, the study found, using a composite sample heat source can form a good weld appearance, performance is also welded joints than direct stud well, while the induction heat arc stud welding preheat + + after heat treatment is better than induction heat preheat + arc stud welding.
