摘要本文针对大直径铝合金螺柱难以焊接的技术问题,以直径18mm的特种螺柱(7A52)和16mm的铝螺柱(6061)为研究对象进行铝合金螺柱焊工艺试验研究。主要进行7A52特种螺柱的焊接参数的试验,结合接头的力学性能及微观组织形态对其进行分析和评价。
铝合金拉弧式螺柱焊需使用陶瓷套进行保护,通过6061螺柱进行有无惰性气体保护时对焊接接头的影响的试验,通过接头力学性能及微观组织对其进行分析和评价。
本次试验中提出了TIG-拉弧复合热源技术。利用TIG-拉弧复合热源中的TIG电弧可去除铝板表面的氧化膜的同时TIG电弧起到预热的作用,可降低焊接电流,降低热裂纹生成的机率。由于铝板的预热,焊接电流过大时易使飞溅增大,导致出现缺陷的机率增大。24533

Title stud welding of aluminum alloy
Abstract
Concerning the problem of that the aluminum alloy is difficult to weld in arc stud welding,the method of arc stud welding of aluminum alloy has been given in this paper.According to analyze the micro configuration and mechanical properties of the welding joint, the effect of the technical parameters would be estimated and the optimal parameter would be got.
The drawn arc stud welding should be protected by the ceramic ring.And the influence of inert gas protection in welding joint would be estimated by analyzing the micro configuration and mechanical properties of the welding joint.
In this paper,the TIG was used to wipe off the oxygenation on the surface of the aluminum alloy.The welding current decreased as the Al board was preheated; also, welding defects were more likely to appear as the welding current got larger and the protection effect was reduced by the splash.
