摘要本论文中,采用高温固相法制备出三种稀土元素Eu3+、Tb3+、Ce3+单掺和共掺的荧光粉,用饱和苯甲酸钠对其插层,在微波条件下进行离子交换,得到苯甲酸钠插层的材料。在正丁醇中通过超声剥离,制备了表面带正电荷的稀土氧化物纳米片发光材料。结合XRD、SEM、TEM和发射光谱以及激发光谱,对荧光体的物相、形貌和发光性能进行了表征与分析。经光谱测试结果分析,红色荧光Eu3+的浓度猝灭现象发生在7%,蓝色荧光Ce3+的浓度猝灭现象发生在0.5%,绿色荧光Tb3+的浓度猝灭现象发生在7%。经过XRD图谱显示,所制备的试样晶型比较良好,没有明显杂峰,结构较规整。经SEM测试,所制备试样颗粒分散均匀。经TEM测试,可以看出纳米片是比较整齐、分布较好的层状结构。最后用匀胶机把溶胶旋涂在玻璃片上,在紫外灯下可以见到发光。29730

Abstract
In this paper, was prepared phosphor powder of Eu3+、Tb3+、Ce3+ rare earth elements by high temperature solid phase method, with saturated sodium benzoate for its intercalation, ion exchange under microwave conditions,get sodium benzoate intercalation material. In n-butyl alcohol, through ultrasonic stripping, get surface positively charged rare earth oxide nano-luminescent materials. The phases、morphology and luminescent preperties of reaction products were investigated by XRD、SEM、TEM and FL spectrum analysis. The results of the spectral analysis show that the best concentration of Eu3+ is 7%, the best concentration of Ce3+ is 0.5%, the best concentration of Tb3+ is 7%. The result of XRD show that the prepared sample had good crystalline structure, and had no obvious peaks and good structure. The result of SEM show that the sample particles uniformly dispersed.The result of TEM show that the nano slice is a comparatively neat and well distributed layer structure.The last,sol is spin coated on glass sheets by uniform rubber machine,under the ultraviolet light could see the luminescence.
