摘要本文研究了不同的加热温度和保温时间对40Cr钢脱碳的影响。通过对同种尺寸的40Cr钢试样分别在加热温度为780℃,840℃,860℃,900℃,保温时间分别为15min,25min,35min下进行热处理,然后对试样进行空冷处理。可以得出当加热温度为840℃,保温时间为35min时对钢试样心部的热处理效果最明显。随着加热温度和保温时间的不断增加,但是从试样边缘的组织图不能清晰的反映脱碳效果,仅当900℃时边缘组织出现了较为明显的脱碳。但是从试样的硬度上可以反映出明显的脱碳效果,当温度为900℃,保温时间为35min时心部硬度与边缘硬度差值最大。34799

Abstract
This paper studies the different heating temperature and holding time on the influence of the decarburization of 40 Cr steel. By means of the same size of 40 Cr steel samples respectively in780 ℃,840 ℃, 860 ℃ and 900 ℃, and holding time is respectively for 15 min, 25 min, 35 min for heat treatment, then put the sample on the cooling process in the air. It can be concluded that the effect is obvious when the heating temperature is 840 ℃, holding time of 35 min on heat treatment of steel core sample. Along with the increasing of heating temperature and holding time, but from the edge of the sample organization chart can not clearly reflect the decarburization effect, only when the temperature is 900℃ the decarburization ofthe edge organization of40 Cr steel samples is obvious. But it can reflect the decarburization effect obviously from the hardness, when the temperature is 900 ℃, holding time is 35 min, the hardness difference of the edge and the core is the largest.
